Job Description
Generates through proper supervision of assigned departments projected revenue levels as well as guest satisfaction. Participates in the development of short term and long term financial and operational plans for the hotel. Remains current on business trends and local activities. Meets assigned departmental budgets and monitors financial statements. Establishes and maintains an appropriate level of community involvement. Ensures proper handling of guest complaints. Assists in the development of new programs which results in an increased level of guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties. Ensures cross-selling of other Shamin Hotels by hotel staff. Teaching, mentoring, and directing hotel staff. Being comfortable with the high level of visibility and the leadership role within the hotel and community.
