Job Summary:
The Vice President - 504 Lending (VP) provides leadership, management and vision necessary for theMCDC 504
loan officers and Loan Processors to develop new SBA 504 loan opportunities. VP provides operational guidance and marketing assistance to the loan officers to provide for a consistent flow of referrals; advises loan officers on structure, underwriting and the closing of SBA 504 loans; assists the VP - Operations in maintaining the flow of loans through the underwriting and closing process. VP may also maintain and service a territory, performing the duties of a 504 Loan Officer.View & Apply:
