A Chief of Staff plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization's President, CEO or other executive. Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making. Acts as a point of contact or gatekeeper between top management and other stakeholders. Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. May act as an advisor to the chief executive, or responsible for the management of executive support staff. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.
Job Summary The Component Unit Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support for the College's component units. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, this position manages contract workflows, board relations, and meeting coordination while ensuring organized documentation and compliance across all component unit activities. The Coordinator serves as a central point of communication for internal and external stakeholders, supports relationship management and issue resolution. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business. Two (2) years of experience working in Higher Education. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain successful working relationship with staff, community, and external partners. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration.
