We are looking for a General Manager to join our growing team. Are you an experienced dealership leader with a strong background in commercial trucks, sales, service, and parts operations? We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead overall branch performance, drive profitability, and develop high-performing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. What You'll Do Lead all branch operations, including Sales, Service, Parts, and Administration. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of branch goals. Manage departmental performance through established KPIs and financial metrics. Develop annual business plans, budgets, and strategic growth initiatives. Coach, mentor, and develop department managers and leadership staff. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships. Resolve customer concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor branch financial performance, including profit and loss accountability. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, DOT regulations, and industry requirements. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in a commercial truck dealership, heavy equipment dealership, or related transportation industry. Strong knowledge of heavy-duty and medium-duty truck sales, service, parts, and dealership operations. Demonstrated success managing budgets, P&L performance, and operational growth. Experience leading multiple departments and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
