Responsibilities Review and reconcile day-to-day transactions and resolve inconsistencies in hotel accounting records. Audit financial records and processes, including the verification of report discrepancies and issue resolution. Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and provide information and assistance to ensure guest satisfaction. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to management. Monitor and maintain the front desk and general hotel operations during the night shifts. Handle credit checks, receive payment from guests, and manage billing processes proficiently. Required Skills Strong proficiency in accounting software and financial management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Ability to manage time and multitask effectively. Solid understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.
