In this pivotal role, you will support the store's overall operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will inspire team members, streamline processes, and foster a positive shopping environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong management skills to make a significant impact in a fast-paced retail setting. Duties Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows Lead and supervise staff, providing training, coaching, and development to enhance team performance Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new employees Oversee payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping activities with accuracy and integrity Implement sales strategies, monitor retail math metrics such as pricing and sales targets, and analyze performance data Requirements Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within retail or grocery store environments Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster employee orientation Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and retail math concepts Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, merchandising, and store management practices Proficiency in cash handling, cashiering, budgeting, and administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing Experience with training & development programs and implementing marketing initiatives Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus; previous assistant manager experience is preferred Join us to lead with enthusiasm!
