Centurion Services is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our established carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning company. We're looking for someone who can lead people, manage the schedule, keep technicians productive, handle customers, and keep the operation moving. This is a working management position for someone who isn't afraid to jump in, solve problems, and take ownership of the day-to-day business. What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee daily operations of the company Manage and coordinate technicians, office staff, schedules, and workloads Ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and completed on time Monitor job quality and customer satisfaction Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues Lead, train, coach, and hold team members accountable Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development Oversee company vehicles, equipment, supplies, and inventory Maintain company procedures, safety standards, and expectations Track productivity and operational performance Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability Communicate regularly with ownership regarding operations, staffing, and company goals Step in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For Previous management, operations, or field-service leadership experience Carpet cleaning, floor care, restoration, janitorial, or home-service industry experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent customer-service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple crews, jobs, and priorities at the same time Organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions Mechanically inclined and comfortable around equipment is a plus Basic computer and scheduling software experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation The Right Person for This Role You don't need someone standing over your shoulder telling you what needs to happen next.
