Role Overview:

As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising daily operations, training new staff, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. You will develop work schedules, assist with inventory management, and help with store audits to uphold safety and performance standards.

Key Duties:

Build customer loyalty through excellent service, lead and train team members, manage store safety, and ensure policies are followed.

Qualifications & Skills:

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments, strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency in KPI data analysis. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled settings.
