Full Job Description Role Overview:
As an Assistant Service Center Manager , you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance services. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle care, supervising daily operations, training new employees, and ensuring excellent customer service to build loyalty. You will develop weekly work schedules, assist with inventory management, and oversee store safety and cleanliness. You will also help open and close the center, following safety protocols, and lead team development efforts.Qualifications & Skills:
Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service settings, with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, use KPI data to monitor performance, and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure is essential. Flexibility for weekend work, fluency in English, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments is necessary.Key Duties:
