Job Description
KMG Hotels, one of the Midwest's fastest growing owner operators of premium select service hotels is recruiting for a GM for the Marriott Courtyard hotel in Chesterfield MO. This 5th Generation Courtyard is a 112 key hotel and a market leader in Chesterfield Valley. We are seeking entrepreneurial team oriented candidates to fill this highly visible position. As owner operators, we want our team to manage the business, not spend time reporting to Asset Managers or grinding out reports for the large management companies. Responsibilities include revenue generation, market share, profitability, guest and associate satisfaction, and asset management. Previous GM experience required, Marriott select service preferred.
