We are looking for a Vice President of Manufacturing and Logistics for our Maryland Heights, MO Warehouse whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission "to provide a fantastic customer experience." Our warehouse associates are sharp, organized, and friendly administrative professionals who work with our sales, technical, and accounting staff to help CTI meet our goal of providing a fantastic customer experience. • Provide strategic oversight of warehouse operations and freight logistics across inbound and outbound channels.
• Ensure alignment of logistics processes with CTI's operational goals and customer service standards.
• Lead and continue development of warehouse teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Experience:

• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations leadership.
