Job Description
VP of Warehousing and Logistics St. Louis

- Provide strategic oversight of warehouse operations and freight logistics across inbound and outbound channels.
- Ensure alignment of logistics processes with CTI's operational goals and customer service standards.
- Lead and continue development of warehouse teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Experience:
- Experience in logistics or warehouse operations leadership.

- Commitment to ethical business practices and operational transparency
