About the job About the Company We're seeking a dynamic General Manager on behalf of our client, Ultimate Longevity Center ,to lead center performance across sales, operations, team development, and client experience within a fast-growing, premium wellness & longevity brand. This role is for a purpose-driven leader who is passionate about helping people feel better, perform at a higher level, and invest in their long-term health. About the Role You will play a key role in driving sales and overall business growth while delivering a premium wellness experience and achieving measurable results. This specific position provides Unlimited Growth potential as this territory owner holds development rights for multiple St. Louis area locations. For the operator who performs, the career path runs from General Manager to Operating Partner, which includes a performance-based share of center profitability, and potentially to Director of Operations, a multi-unit leadership role as we open additional centers. Responsibilities Drive center revenue and membership growth through consultative, goal-focused sales Lead client onboarding and guide members on their wellness and longevity journey Execute local marketing, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, sales and service-driven team Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless, elevated center experience Deliver a personalized, results-driven client experience that drives retention and referrals What Success Looks Like Strong membership growth driven by consistent sales performance High client retention and overall center profitability A team that is engaged, knowledgeable, and confident in selling and delivering wellness solutions Consistent delivery of a premium, personalized experience Clients who feel supported, educated, and motivated to commit to their health journey A center that operates efficiently while driving revenue and making a meaningful impact in the community Qualifications 2-5+ years of management experience (wellness, fitness, or hospitality preferred) Ability to hit sales targets and build relationships Proven success in personal sales, revenue growth, and team leadership, with a strong alignment to performance and longevity principles (e.g., Ultimate Human) Strong ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships Organized, accountable, and results-driven Required Skills Sales-driven leader who consistently drives revenue and membership sales Growth-minded with a strong interest in wellness, biohacking, and longevity (e.g., Gary Brecka) Proven ability to train, coach, and lead high-performing, sales-driven teams Confident communicator skilled at building relationships, driving conversions, and creating community through events and outreach High ownership mindset with a bias for action; competitive, energetic, and motivated to exceed goals Pay range and compensation package Base salary + bonus + commission Complimentary or discounted services Growth opportunities within a fast-growing brand Be part of a growing brand focused on long-term health, performance, and longevity.
