The right person will understand sales, people, inventory, numbers, and accountability and be comfortable leading a fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities include:

Leading the sales and operations teams Driving sales and profitability Managing inventory and vehicle flow Tracking performance and key numbers Improving processes and customer experience Recruiting, training, and developing employees Working directly with ownership on continued growth Automotive management experience is strongly preferred.
