Lead daily clinic operations with a strong focus on guest experience, membership growth, and sales performance Coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team through hands-on leadership and accountability Drive results by balancing people development with operational and financial goals Resolve guest and employee concerns with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment Build and sustain a positive, service-driven culture where teams feel supported and guests feel valued Lead local marketing and promotion efforts to drive memberships and sales

Who You Are:
