Kalispell, MT Schedule:
4 days per week, approximately 33 hours
Starting Pay:
$27-33/hour, with higher compensation available for qualified medical professionals Gameday Men's Health Kalispell is seeking an experienced, highly organized General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing men's health clinic. This is not a traditional desk-only management position. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working directly with patients, improving processes, supporting a small clinical team, and helping build a business. The Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate has: 5+ years of operational or business management experience Sales experience and a strong understanding of the customer experience Excellent customer service and communication skills An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills A demonstrated history of developing and implementing systems, processes, and procedures The ability to identify problems and solve them without needing constant direction Comfort working in a small, fast-moving business environment Strong computer and CRM skills Experience in healthcare is not required , but Medical Assistant certification or a higher medical credential is a significant plus. Candidates who are medically qualified to draw blood and administer injections may be eligible for a higher hourly rate. Responsibilities The General Manager will be responsible for both patient-facing activities and overall clinic operations, including: Manage the front desk and daily patient flow Handle patient intake and checkout Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and confirm patient appointments Manage and maintain our CRM, including patient and lead follow-up Provide an exceptional patient experience Support sales and patient conversion efforts Oversee general business and administrative operations Develop, document, and improve clinic systems and procedures Maintain organization and accountability throughout the clinic Attend and assist with local marketing and community events Maintain the in-clinic lab and properly document QC results Coordinate closely with the Clinic Director and Medical Assistant Communicate regularly with ownership regarding clinic performance, issues, and opportunities Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient retention, sales, and profitability Schedule This position is approximately 35 hours per week over four days . While the General Manager will have three days away from the clinic each week, they must be reasonably available by phone on off days when an operational issue requires their attention. Compensation Starting compensation is $27-33hour. Higher compensation may be available for candidates with medical credentials that allow them to perform clinical support functions such as blood draws and injections. Who Will Succeed in This Role We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner. The right person doesn't simply complete a list of assigned tasks. They notice when something isn't working, develop a better process, implement it, and make sure it continues to work. You should be comfortable balancing customer service, sales, administration, operations, and team coordination. You will work closely with our Clinic Director, Medical Assistant, and ownership team and will play an important role in the continued growth of Gameday Men's Health Kalispell.
