A very successful rural South Dakota cooperative is seeking a General Manager due to an upcoming retirement. This position offers an excellent compensation and full benefit package. Brief overview of
Cooperative:
Locally offering grain, agronomy, energy, and feedmill services Extremely loyal customer base acheived through a record of excellent Customer Service Located in a rural community with a top rated school and active cooperative board members
General Manager Responsibilities:
Manage the planning and direction of facility operations Ensure that daily operations meet all standards and operational schedules Oversee a team and promote safety, operations, and logistics
General Manager Requirements:
10+ years' grain experience preferred Self-motivated, ambitious and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and leadership abilities Please submit a resume to be considered for the GM role.
