What you'll be doing: As a Communications, Site and Compliance Specialist, you'll play a key role in connecting people, supporting business growth, and enabling a positive employee and Representative experience. Working across communications, field support, events, and administrative operations, you'll help deliver impactful engagement initiatives, ensure consistent and effective communication across audiences, and provide essential support for sales, recruitment, and recognition activities. This is a varied role that combines creativity, organization, and stakeholder collaboration to drive business success and strengthen our Avon community.
Key responsibilities:
Developing and delivering communication plans across multiple channels, including email, social media, marketing automation platforms, and CSR initiatives. Creating engaging content and ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging for Representatives, field leaders, customer service teams, and associates. Partnering with stakeholders across the business to define and communicate key messages and priorities. Supporting internal communications initiatives that drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. Coordinating CSR communications activities and supporting local community and donation initiatives. Planning and organizing sales enablement activities aligned with annual, quarterly, and campaign objectives. Leading recruitment support activities, including both online and in-person attraction events. Organizing and delivering field meetings, conferences, recognition events, incentive programs, and reward trips. Adapting regional programs and initiatives to meet local market needs and supporting field teams with their implementation. Creating recruitment and field support materials that help drive sales performance and business growth. Managing administrative processes related to events and recruitment activities, including sourcing, vendor coordination, procurement, contract administration, and payment initiation. Supporting office and site administration activities, including facilities coordination, maintenance services, and supplier relationships when required. What we're looking for: Experience in communications, marketing, sales enablement, events, administration, or a similar multidisciplinary role. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Experience developing content and communication materials across various channels. Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects and events from concept through execution. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across different functions and levels. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Experience managing administrative processes, vendors, contracts, or procurement activities is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with communication or marketing platforms.
