They must love working with people and dogs. They will assist the General Manager in day to day operations, while also overseeing employees in all aspects of the resort. They need to have the ability to fill in wherever they are needed at any given time, in addition to possessing strong customer service skills. Previous experience is preferred; however, it is not required. Some weekend and holiday hours are required. Fluent in Microsoft Office and well-versed in computer usage Managerial experience recommended but not required Customer service-oriented Well-organized and detail-oriented Must demonstrate a love for dogs Responsible for assisting the owner in running of the business Supervises all Front-End Staff and Back-End Staff May from time to time fill in for GM/Owner when assigned to do so Greets all customers coming into the building Check In/Check Out procedures in K9 Connect system Accepts payment from customers Answers telephone inquiries Opens/Closes building when necessary (key holder) Provides tours of the building to potential customers Develops pet feeding/medication schedules Feeds/medicates dogs when necessary Maintains employee schedules Maintains company inventory Oversees all disinfecting procedures Has the ability to complete any job requirement of any staff member except the owner
Job Requirements:
Must complete Learning Management System Programs Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred Experience preferred but not required' '
