We eliminated fees, built tools to help customers pay less interest, and included advanced technologies to prevent unauthorized purchases. And we even added a savings account to help customers grow their Daily Cash and save over time. The Apple Card team is seeking an analytically-driven and independent Business Manager to drive and support the evolution of Apple Card and other consumer facing financial products. Description In this role, you will help chart the future direction of Apple Card and other consumer facing financial products by identifying and investigating new opportunities, projecting future results, and ensuring the business can execute against its long-term strategy. You will partner directly with product, marketing, business development, data science, strategy and finance teams, working cross-functionally to deliver results, as well as working with external partners such as issuing banks, payment networks, merchants and other players to help deliver on our product strategy and roadmap. You should have experience and subject matter expertise in financial modeling, payments, banking, credit, risk operations, data science, and finance. Previous experience working in the credit card industry at an issuer, network or co-brand partner is required. Experience with a variety of financial products is a plus. Responsibilities Forecast, analyze, and report business performance for Apple Card through regular updates to senior leadership along with monthly and quarterly business reviews Analyze business performance with the goal of identifying recommendations for cross-functional teams to address through features and other improvements Develop valuation models for new and existing business plans Drive new product and feature evaluations anchored in business, strategy, and financial analysis to support executive decision-making on top priorities Develop pricing recommendations and create/evaluate frameworks for partnership deal constructs Minimal travel required (5-10%) Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of experience with a proven track record of success in roles focused on financial modeling, business analysis, finance, and data analysis Deep understanding of product valuation modeling and marginal decisioning Experience developing business cases around market opportunities and partnerships — including strategy development, market segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial analysis Experience forecasting P&Ls for credit cards Ability to collaborate with different teams, create presentation materials and present to senior leaders to guide business decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong experience with Keynote — ability to synthesize complex topics and distill key business dynamics to senior leaders and partners Preferred Qualifications 12 years of experience or more with a proven track record of success in roles focused on financial modeling, business analysis, finance, and data analysis Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, management, entrepreneurship or a related quantitative field Experience with a variety of financial products Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
