The Manager Trainee will also check in with clients, answer questions with patience, and recommend options that genuinely serve them. Core Functions of the Manager Trainee Develop client relationships in person by helping clients directly understand the new possibilities created by Verizon's expanded reach through Frontier. Learn each client's needs and priorities in person to identify relevant Verizon services and meaningful sales opportunities. Explain the value of the expanded Verizon offering through straightforward sales conversations focused on everyday connectivity. Support client decisions by answering questions and recommending options that align with individual client preferences. Keep client accounts organized by maintaining accurate client details, interaction records, and follow-up requirements. Resolve routine client concerns professionally while preserving trust and maintaining a positive experience. Preferred Skills of the Manager Trainee Proactive in identifying new clients and sales opportunities. Reliable with client follow-up, commitments, and sales responsibilities.
