Danville, VA A family owned, 126-year-old, growing retail furniture operation has an immediate opening for a motivated Management Trainee in Danville, VA. We are looking for hard-working career-minded people who are serious about making an excellent income. This is an aggressive Management Training Program with significant income potential. Training location will be in Danville, VA Responsibilities include:

• Handling customer complaints and service matters with consultation and approval from the store manager Operational leadership of the store in the absence of the store manager Maintain proper floor display in all areas of the store Maintain proper price tagging of all merchandise Monitor the business builder program Assist in making sales Maintain good communications with customers Place orders for all repair/replacement parts from vendors Assist store manager whenever needed Position includes great benefits including medical, dental, paid time off, and merchandise discounts.
