Role Description:
This full-time, on-site General Manager Operations role is based in Indian Trail NC and is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities across the facility. The General Manager of Operations will lead and manage teams, ensure production schedules are met, and maintain high standards of quality, and customer satisfaction. The role includes monitoring workflow, optimizing processes, and coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders. The General Manager of Operations will resolve operational issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This position also involves developing staff capabilities, and supporting strategic decisions to drive efficiency and profitability. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in General Management and Team Management, including leading diverse teams and overseeing cross-functional activities. Strong Operations Management experience, with the ability to streamline processes, manage workflows, and maintain quality and safety standards. Customer Service capabilities, including managing client expectations, addressing concerns, and supporting long-term customer relationships. Relevant experience in facility, production, or service-based environments; experience in decoration, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to make data-informed decisions. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
