Detail Manager

•6,000 Per Month Honda of Indian Trail is looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-driven Detail Manager to lead our vehicle detailing operations. This is an opportunity for a strong automotive professional who takes pride in quality work, team leadership, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has extensive detailing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced dealership environment.
Compensation:
$4,000
•6,000 per month based on experience, performance, and results
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive detailing experience Strong knowledge of vehicle interior and exterior detailing processes Experience managing or leading a detailing team preferred Ability to maintain high-quality standards across all vehicles Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Reliable, professional, and committed to excellent customer service
Responsibilities:
Manage daily dealership detailing operations Lead, train, and support detail team members Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and prepared to Honda of Indian Trail standards Inspect completed vehicles for quality and accuracy Maintain efficient workflow and production schedules Coordinate with sales and service departments to meet vehicle delivery needs Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
