What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team Drive membership sales and achieve studio goals Deliver exceptional customer service and member experiences Recruit, train, and develop team members Manage daily studio operations Build relationships within the local community through networking and events Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

What We're Looking For:

Previous management experience (fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred) Proven sales and leadership skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
