Market President As Market President, you will be a key leader and community representative for the bank, helping guide market growth while overseeing daily operations. You'll lead and develop a team of banking professionals, build strong relationships with agricultural producers and local businesses, and uphold the bank's long-standing reputation for trust, service, and community commitment. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of lenders and banking staff while creating a positive, collaborative culture built on accountability, integrity, and teamwork. Serve as an active and visible presence in the community by building meaningful relationships with farmers, business owners, community organizations, and local leaders. Identify and develop new lending opportunities, with a strong emphasis on agricultural and commercial lending. Manage and grow a personal loan portfolio while maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. Partner with executive leadership to establish and execute local market strategies and growth initiatives. Monitor market performance and budget goals while ensuring compliance with applicable banking regulations and policies. Help maintain and strengthen the bank's long-standing reputation for personalized service, trust, and local decision-making. Represent the bank and its values throughout the community while helping build lasting relationships for future generations. What We're Looking For 8+ years of experience in commercial and/or agricultural lending, with demonstrated leadership experience. A genuine appreciation for small-town living and a desire to become an active, engaged member of the community. Strong knowledge of agriculture, farming operations, and the economic factors that influence rural communities. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to establish trust and connect with a wide range of customers and community members. A collaborative, people-first leadership style with the ability to develop and motivate a team. A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, adaptable, and willing to step in and get the job done.
