Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving team performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers. Multilingual abilities are a plus, as they will enhance our customer interactions. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Handle cash register operations and manage cash handling procedures. Maintain accurate records of transactions and assist with budgeting processes. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management practices. Communicate with staff regarding goals, expectations, and performance feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting excellent customer service. Experience Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in administrative tasks related to operations management. Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash register systems. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. A demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results through collaboration.
