You'll have full operational leadership of Echo Hills and be accountable for occupancy, quality, and financial performance, with the authority to actually run the place. What we need from you:

Proven leadership in senior living, healthcare ops, or a similarly fast-paced environment A track record of driving results independently Nebraska ED licensure/certification (or eligibility)
