Are you passionate about horticulture and looking for a long-term career with growth opportunities? We are seeking a General Manager Trainee to join our nursery and greenhouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, career-minded individual who is ready to learn every aspect of the business and develop into a leadership role. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or a related field required. 4+ years' experience ideally focused on one or more areas: Production Management, Greenhouse Operations, Nursery Supervisor or Management Career-minded with a strong desire to grow into a General Manager position. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn all aspects of nursery operations. Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor environments. Some outdoor locations are subject to extreme hot and cold temperatures, and wet or humid conditions. Must be willing to travel and relocate for training and future GM placement opportunities. Must currently reside in the U.S. and have a valid U.S. driver's license. Responsibilities Train in all areas of nursery and greenhouse operations, including production, inventory, customer service, and staff supervision. Learn best practices in plant health, irrigation, fertilization, pest management, and quality control. Assist with scheduling, team leadership, and operational planning.
