We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow an established branch within a specialized commercial service and installation business. This role is ideal for a proven leader with experience in construction services, building products, distribution, field services, or related industries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and develop a high-performing team. Drive revenue growth and profitability. Manage branch operations and financial performance. Oversee scheduling, billing, inventory, and customer service. Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners. Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within the construction, maintenance, repair, and installation industry, with demonstrated success in operations, team development, and business growth.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree in business management, construction, or related field preferred.
• Full P&L management experience required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is based at a branch location in the Northeast and includes occasional travel to a variety of commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.

Pay:

$125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
