Salary Range:

Three or more years of experience managing or overseeing an insurance agency or brokerage. Deep understanding of multi-line insurance products and local market dynamics. Demonstrated history of building and maintaining a profitable book of business. Strong organizational skills for overseeing daily administrative and operational tasks. Capacity to lead and mentor a small staff toward collective success. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our reach and influence throughout the Merrimack community. Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with current policyholders to ensure their protection needs are met.
