Join Our Pack! We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our Newington location. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-and pet-centered environment. About the Role As General Manager, you'll oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring an exceptional experience for our pet guests and their families. You'll manage departmental leaders, drive revenue goals, and uphold the highest standards in animal care, customer service, and team culture. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, business acumen, and a love for four-legged friends. What You'll Do Own full resort responsibility, manage budgets, and optimize labor to meet financial goals Hire, train, and develop departmental supervisors and key staff members Lead performance management, coaching, and development in partnership with HR Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain a strong, positive team culture Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and safety protocols Oversee vendor relations and daily financial processes including deposits Partner closely with regional leadership to ensure alignment with brand and company goals Solve problems quickly and calmly to support staff, guests, and pet parents Foster a clean, safe, welcoming environment for both animals and people What Success Looks Like A happy, high-performing team across all departments Consistently safe, clean, and well-run facility Pet parents who trust us—and keep coming back Profit goals met through smart scheduling, strong leadership, and excellent service What You Bring Proven leadership experience in multi-department operations (hospitality, pet care, or related fields preferred) Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience preferred.
