About Our Client A leader in the water / wastewater space this New Hampshire based firm is seeking a VP of Construction preferably with civil experience to join their team as they continue to grow their firm. Job Description Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency. Manage and mentor construction teams, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. Evaluate and select contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Monitor project progress, addressing any challenges or delays proactively. Collaborate with stakeholders to align construction goals with broader business objectives. Prepare and present project reports to executive leadership. The Successful Applicant A successful VP of Construction should have: Extensive experience in the construction field, preferably in the property industry. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and projects. Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and building codes. Excellent financial and budgeting skills to manage project costs effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders. Ability to problem-solve and address challenges with a proactive approach. What's on Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $165,000 to $185,000. 401(k) retirement plan.
