Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans that align with the organization's vision and goals Lead senior leadership teams to ensure effective management across all departments, including academic programs, administration, and development Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility while supporting growth initiatives Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, alumni, government agencies, and community partners Represent the organization publicly through speeches, presentations, and media engagements to enhance visibility and reputation Drive fundraising efforts by engaging donors, securing grants, and expanding financial support for institutional priorities Promote a culture of excellence in higher education teaching, research, and community engagement Experience Extensive senior leadership experience within higher education or a comparable complex organization Proven success in strategic planning and organizational management at an executive level Strong background in university administration or education management with familiarity in academic policies and practices Demonstrated ability to lead fundraising campaigns and build long-term relationships with donors and partners Excellent public speaking skills with experience representing an institution at high-profile events Background in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation within large organizations Prior experience in higher education teaching or academic program development is highly desirable This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to shape the future of an esteemed organization dedicated to educational excellence.
