$23-$25/hour Full-Time | In-Person | Visa Sponsorship Available for Qualified Candidates Job Overview Ameziel is looking for a Warehouse Operations Management Trainee to join our growing warehouse operations team. This role is designed for candidates who are interested in developing a long-term career in warehouse operations, supply chain, and management . After joining the company, the Management Trainee will receive structured, hands-on training and rotate through different warehouse functions to gain a complete understanding of warehouse operations. High-performing trainees will have the opportunity to gradually take on team leadership and supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities Participate in rotational training across key warehouse functions, including: Inbound / Receiving Outbound / Shipping Inventory Control Returns Order Processing Warehouse Administration Learn and understand the complete warehouse operation process from receiving through final shipment. Participate in frontline warehouse operations to better understand workflow, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities. Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, inventory discrepancies, and data analysis. Learn warehouse management systems and operational reporting tools. Support supervisors and managers with daily warehouse planning and execution. Assist in monitoring productivity, accuracy, safety, and employee performance. Identify operational issues and participate in process improvement projects. Work closely with Operations, HR, Admin, and other departments to support warehouse needs. Gradually develop the ability to coordinate employees, manage daily priorities, and take ownership of operational projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. Strong learning ability and interest in warehouse operations and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with Excel, data, and warehouse management systems. Willing to participate in hands-on warehouse training and job rotation. Strong communication skills and ability to work with frontline employees. Responsible, proactive, and willing to take ownership. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous internship or work experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or operations is a plus. Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus. Training & Career Development Management Trainees will rotate through different warehouse functions under the guidance of experienced warehouse leaders. The goal of the program is to provide trainees with a strong understanding of the entire warehouse operation and prepare high-performing employees for future positions such as: Inventory Supervisor / Inbound Supervisor / Outbound Supervisor / Warehouse Operations Supervisor We are looking for candidates who are not only interested in completing daily tasks, but who want to understand the operation, solve problems, lead teams, and grow into management roles. Compensation $23-$25/hour , depending on experience and qualifications. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates based on eligibility, performance, and business needs.

$52,778.01 - $63,560.61 per year
