Job Description
As a Park Manager at Sky Zone, you are the hands-on leader of daily operations. You play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of park activities, from guest check-ins to party events, all while maintaining a safe, clean, and high-energy environment. Reporting to the District Manager, the Park Manager supports team development, leads by example, and ensures that every shift runs with structure, enthusiasm, and accountability. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Lead by example and support the team in any park position as needed. Hire, train, and coach Assistant General Managers, Leads, and frontline team members. Support onboarding, scheduling, and performance conversations Build a positive and motivating culture where recognition, development, and accountability are prioritized. Guest Experience & Operational Support Ensure consistent delivery of a safe, clean, and exceptional guest experience. Monitor daily operations to uphold all company standards, policies, and procedures. Proactively respond to guest feedback and resolve service issues in real time. Uphold compliance with all safety and cleanliness protocols, including OSHA standards. Sales Support & Promotions Encourage a sales-minded culture focused on memberships, events, and upgrades. Execute in-park promotions and support local marketing efforts as directed. Track daily KPIs such as guest counts, memberships, and sales conversion rates. Facility & Shift Readiness Perform daily safety checks and facility walk-throughs. Monitor equipment functionality and submit work orders as needed. Adjust staffing and priorities based on guest volume and park flow. Key Performance Metrics Membership Sales & Conversion Rates Guest Feedback & NPS Shift Readiness & Safety Checklist Completion Labor Cost Awareness & Schedule Adherence Staff Retention & Training Completion Qualifications 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (entertainment, fitness, hospitality, retail, etc.) Sales and operations experience, ideally including P&L management and KPIs Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Tech-savvy; familiar with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and team communication platforms Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical Requirements Ability to remain active and on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds Comfortable working in a loud, high-energy indoor environment Able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, and safely interact with equipment and attractions Benefits Hourly pay with potential for additional bonuses or incentives 401(k) retirement plan Career advancement opportunities within a growing company
