Coordinate vehicle damage estimating using computer-aided tools and ensure accurate documentation of repair scopes. Supervise technicians in auto glass replacement, auto restoration, detailing, and collision repair tasks involving heavy lifting and power tools. Enforce safety protocols by ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), compliance with safety regulations, and safe operation of all equipment including hand tools and power tools.
