Full Benefits Package About the Opportunity We are seeking an energetic, sales-driven Manager Trainee to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities Drive membership sales by engaging prospective customers, conducting facility tours, and converting inquiries into enrollments. Build strong relationships with members and deliver exceptional customer service. Support daily operations, scheduling, and front desk activities. Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members. Monitor sales performance, membership growth, and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience. Partner with leadership to implement sales strategies and improve operational efficiency. Participate in management training and development. Qualifications Previous sales experience, preferably in membership sales, retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience meeting sales goals and driving business results. Leadership experience or a strong desire to grow into management. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
