Job Summary The General Manager reports to the franchise owner and oversees daily operations including staff supervision, membership, customer service and the upkeep of the facility. Primary Responsibilities Customer Service

• Conduct or oversee all customer communication
• Provide customers with the best indoor golf experience Membership Management
• Develop strong relationships to grow membership and increase retention
• Meet or exceed company goals for membership sales
• Handle membership cancellations, freezes, and credit card updates Golf Operations
• Responsible for keeping simulators in good working condition; coordinate maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting
• Stay up-to-date with simulator training/updates and provide necessary training to Rangers
• Manage inventory and ensure that clubs, balls and other equipment are well-maintained
• Handle or manage 24/7 on call support for customers
• Ensure facility cleanliness at all times
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations Employee Management
• Recruit and hire Rangers
• Oversee staff, staffing needs, and employee scheduling
• Conduct initial and ongoing training of Rangers
• Provide overall supervision, feedback, and guidance to Rangers
• Fill Ranger shifts as needed
• Set sales goals and serve as a role model for the Ranger position
• Ensure all Rangers are up-to-date with current approved promotions, etc.
• Be on call for employee support Required Experience
• 3+ years previous supervisory experience, preferably within a golf or hospitality setting but not required
• Strong leadership skills/ proactive
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to problem solve with customers
• Comfortable with basic software and hardware troubleshooting and minor facility / handyman repairs
