Job Description

Lisbon Escort Security Inc. is looking for a dependable and organized Manager to oversee our Airport Escort Department. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the day-to-day operations, manage employees and schedules, and handle airport escort requests and issues as they come up. This position is best for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and remain calm in a busy airport environment.
Pay & Schedule Salary:
$60,000-$75,000 per year Minimum 40 hours per week Must be available to work weekends when needed Must be available to respond to after-hours and late-night calls when escort needs arise Job Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the Airport Escort Department. Create and manage employee schedules and make sure there is enough staff to cover daily operations. Respond to emails, phone calls, and escort requests in a timely manner. Handle staffing and operational issues as they come up. Communicate with employees, airport personnel, clients, and company management. Make quick and reasonable decisions when dealing with time-sensitive situations. Provide direction and accountability to the escort team. Make sure employees follow all airport, security, and company requirements. Keep schedules, staffing information, and other department records up to date. Assist with employee-related administrative work, including ADP . Help with hiring, training, and maintaining required employee airport clearances. Make sure employees have the proper airport access and security requirements. Help improve department procedures and keep operations running smoothly. Take ownership of problems and follow through until they are resolved. Requirements Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SORA license . Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge and complete all required airport security clearances and endorsements. Must have a valid driver's license . Must be comfortable working in a busy airport environment. Must be available for weekends and after-hours calls when needed. Must be organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple things at once. Must have good communication and computer skills. Must be comfortable using ADP and handling basic employee administrative responsibilities. Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week . Preferred Experience Management or supervisory experience is preferred. Experience in security, airport operations, transportation, Security Escort services, or a similar field is a plus. Experience managing security or airport personnel is a plus. Experience working in an airport environment is strongly preferred.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
