General Manager

About us Greenhouse Social at LaSerre. We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, managing staff, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a management role.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Manage day-to-day operations of the business. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the business. Lead, motivate, and develop staff to ensure high performance.
