Fitness Studio General Manager & Sales Leader We're looking for a motivated, people-oriented leader to join our growing fitness studio team in the Fairport area as our next General Manager & Lead Salesperson . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience who wants consistent, predictable hours, unlike retail or mall jobs with unpredictable shifts. You'll enjoy no late nights, no early mornings, no Saturday evenings, no Sundays, and no Holidays! We are a small, boutique fitness facility and we strive on consumer service. We have 400-600 dedicated members, not 4000-6000.

What You'll Do:

Sales :

Drive new memberships and revenue through strong relationship-building and marketing

Customer Service :

Deliver outstanding experiences that keep members coming back and referring friends

Social Media & Marketing :

Create engaging content, manage our online presence, and help build community excitement

Scheduling & Team Management :

Keep the studio running smoothly with staff scheduling and day-to-day oversight

Oversee Facility Maintenance :

Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment

Business-to-business :

Establish relations with other local wellness and health businesses
