Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization with passion, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all activities of the agency to meet goals and objectives in providing home and health care services to residents of Steuben County and surrounding counties. Responsibilities Interpret and administrate all policies of the agency. Develop, implement and supervise office administrative procedures. Maintain compliance with NYSDOH regulatory requirements. Maintain all NYSDOH codes and respond to any deficiencies found upon annual survey. Appraise all agency programs and make appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors. Prepare written evaluations and hold reviews with office/administrative staff. Participate in annual budget preparation. Monitor all fiscal aspects of the agency, be alert to and apply for supplemental funding and grants as appropriate. Attend local, state, and national professional meetings and conferences. Keep up on all labor laws and update policies to reflect changes. Monitor agency contracts and rates. Arrange and prepare for all Board Committee meetings. Attend to all daily mail and email correspondence. Qualifications Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups. Extensive administrative experience including budgeting, compliance oversight, and program management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and communication purposes. Supervisory experience preferred. Excellent writing skills for report development, grant applications, and client communication.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:
