What You'll Be Doing Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow. Collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement. Support the implementation of strategic initiatives. Participate in leadership training and development programs. What Are We Looking For Pursuing degree Civil, Construction, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering, or has an interest in these areas of study or business Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
