Responsibilities Lead capital raising initiatives:

source, qualify, and close new institutional investor relationships across the Midwest and East Coast Manage full fundraising lifecycle: pitch strategy, presentation development, due diligence coordination, term sheet negotiation Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and family offices Develop customized capital solutions aligned with investor needs and fund strategy Partner with investment, product, and operations teams on capital strategy and fund offerings Manage pipeline, forecasting, and close tracking Qualifications 6 - 10 years in capital raising, business development, or institutional sales at an alternative asset manager or fund Demonstrated success closing institutional capital relationships Strong knowledge of PE and credit strategies, vehicles, and investor structures Track record of sourcing and building new institutional relationships Ability to move between strategic conversations and execution with both C-level and investment committee audiences Education Bachelor's degree (finance, business, economics, or related field) MBA or equivalent preferred
