We're looking for a Store Manager who can cultivate a culture of care, collaboration, and growth. In this role, you'll take ownership of total store activities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, and internal audits.What we ask of you:
People Development and Diversity:

Labor Relations:
- Manage labor relations to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment
- Address and resolve any labor issues or disputes in a fair and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Strategic Business Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive store success and growth
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align store goals with overall company objectives
Profitability and Financial Management:
- Manage store budgets, including payroll, productivity, and other operational expenses, to ensure financial targets are met
- Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Implement strategies to drive sales and profitability while controlling costs
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as internal audits and policies
- Delegate responsibilities equitably to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout the store
Merchandising and Sales:
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
- Oversee merchandising efforts, including product placement, promotions, and inventory management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals
Community Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations within the local community, participating in and supporting community events and initiatives
- Promote the store's community engagement programs and encourage team participation
Customer Service Excellence:
- Create and maintain a culture of best-in-class customer service, promoting a positive environment for both internal and external customers
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Implement strategies to continuously improve the customer experience What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field or equivalent years of work experience
- Minimum of 5 years in retail management, with a strong understanding of all store operations
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
