SALES REPRESENTATIVES

What We're Looking For:

• Proven ability to generate self-generated leads, appointments, and showings
• Strong closing skills with the ability to convert at least 50% of guests who visit into memberships and/or personal training
• Highly motivated and comfortable working toward daily and monthly sales goals
• Consistent execution of key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, appointments, shows, conversions, and revenue
• Ability to build strong relationships with prospects and members
• Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
