Ashley The Wellsville Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily retail operations, sales performance, and team leadership in a high-volume home furnishings environment. You'll partner with the General Manager to drive store profitability, coach and develop sales and operations associates, and ensure an exceptional in-store and online customer experience. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, merchandising, inventory oversight, and resolving customer issues. You'll model our culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting community involvement and helping build long-term careers within our growing retail organization.
