Bachelor's degree 12+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience Previous experience working with unions

Preferred Requirements:

MBA or advanced degree Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement leadership experience The successful General Manager will have full responsibility for the performance, profitability, and continued development of the business unit. This leader will establish the operating direction for the organization while ensuring manufacturing, materials, maintenance, and supporting functions are aligned around common business objectives.

Responsibilities:
