This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about great food, team development, and creating a welcoming customer experience. General Manager Responsibilities Collaborate with FOH and BOH staff to maintain smooth service flow Build and lead a strong, motivated team through coaching and mentorship Place and receive vendor orders; manage inventory levels Handle daily cash deposits and maintain register accuracy Conduct interviews and onboard new team members Prepare and manage staff schedules Monitor KPIs and make operational adjustments to meet targets General Manager Qualifications Available to work full-time including weekends and holidays Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Reliable transportation and ability to commute or relocate as needed General Manager Benefits Salary up to $75k Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discount
