Entry Level Management Trainee

Clearway Sales Group is hiring an Entry Level Management Trainee to support customer operations and develop leadership skills within our Verizon campaign. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, maintaining service quality, and learning how to oversee day-to-day team performance in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Management Trainee, you'll start by working directly with customers to ensure a smooth and positive experience, while gaining hands-on exposure to team coordination, account oversight, and operational processes. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Trainee Serve as a point of contact for Verizon customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience in any interaction with enrollment services Train new team members on customer accounts while maintaining performance Support and lead account updates, service changes, and general customer inquiries Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records for training purposes Monitor customer satisfaction and help resolve concerns efficiently Assist and manage team coordination, daily workflow, and performance tracking Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership and team development Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team setting No prior experience required; training is provided What You'll Gain Structured, hands-on training in customer operations and team leadership A collaborative, team-oriented work environment Clear pathways for advancement into leadership and management roles Ongoing mentorship and professional development
